How do I cancel an order on Shopping Central?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before we ship the order. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when shipping it back to us.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
In rare cases where the quality of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition and our team would issue store credits for the same value of the product. Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused.
-Certain products (panties, bra, trimmer, hair straighteners,etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return.
-We don't have an order exchange facility. Only defective orders will be exchanged.
-Please be careful while selecting the variant. No return requests will be entertained for variant issues.
-Return request can only be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
-Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back. All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact
-Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
In case of returns, the customer is responsible to ship the product back to us first. Customers are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Please write the Order id, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a paper and keep it in the parcel.
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 72 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Shopping Central Account as store credits.
Refund in the bank account is only applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
1. For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams in your Shopping Central Account.
2. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the cashback amount.
3.Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
4.Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
5.Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
6.If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.100, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs.100.
